Position Summary:
Join our Ackerman Insurance team as Super Admin to be developed into an Insurance Customer Service Representative and Licensed Insurance Agent. We are seeking inexperienced Insurance Customer Service Representatives to become Licensed Insurance Agents. Ackerman Insurance is willing to train and sponsor candidates who would like to obtain the necessary licenses to grow in the career.
Candidates must be detail oriented, have strong customer service skills, and professional communication skills to effectively work with new and existing customers. In this role, you must be a people person. We strive to put our clients' minds at ease by advising on their insurance coverage needs. You can address customers concerns and fears by going the extra mile to find solutions.
Essential Functions:
In this role you'll support a team of Insurance Account Managers with administrative support and answer incoming calls. Once the 4-40 license is earned, you would be able to sell some insurance products.
