Job Description

Join our luxurious spa team and become part of creating exceptional guest experiences in the heart of beautiful Ashland! We're seeking a professional, detail-oriented Spa Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our valued guests.

About the Role

As our Spa Front Desk Agent, you'll be the welcoming face of our serene spa environment, managing guest appointments, handling payments, and ensuring smooth operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a prestigious hotel while developing valuable hospitality skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming spa atmosphere
  • Manage spa appointments, bookings, and guest profiles
  • Handle telephone inquiries and spa service reservations
  • Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Promote spa services, treatments, and special promotions
  • Monitor and maintain spa inventory
  • Assist with spa laundry and general upkeep
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 months of related experience (customer service, hospitality, or spa)
  • Strong computer skills, including reservation systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 6-8 hours per day
  • Capable of lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity for computer work and handling items
