We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Coordinator to support our dynamic New York Real Estate Team. This role involves assisting with various market-related activities, including due diligence, correspondence, paperwork, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support, including processing invoices, preparing revenue statements, and managing vendor setups.
Coordinate and manage materials for presentations, RFPs, acquisitions, and special projects, while maintaining organized team files.
Maintain accurate records, including electric payments, property tax records, and lease documentation.
Process monthly lease change forms, reports, and conduct lease audits.
Update and manage both digital and hard copy lease files.
Assist the team with background and revenue analysis for development opportunities and lease renewals, ensuring effective communication with property owners.
Address daily property owner requests promptly and efficiently.
Support team members in securing and renewing necessary permits.
Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience in real estate or law is ideal.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity and integrity.
Employment Type: Part-Time
Salary: $ 85,000.00 Per Year
