This position requires someone with proven negotiation skills who can turn leads into lifelong customers. A keen sense of marketing and advertising procedures is a huge plus, and the ability to monitor a deal from beginning to close is essential. A real estate license is required. • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Qualifications:

• Independent and self motivated
• Skilled in industry practices and lease language
• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
• Proven negotiating and communication skills
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Real Estate License (Required)
• People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
