This is a remote position.
The Project Manager provides principal leadership and coordination within a project setting, typically assisting cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders in achieving project objectives. The Project Manager maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of project teams and serves as the central point of communication. The role involves working independently with minimal supervision, performing various managerial duties that require a solid understanding of project management methodologies, organizational programs, and procedures. Proficiency with project management tools and software is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including setting milestones, tracking progress, and adjusting timelines as needed.
Communicate project updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and mitigate project risks by identifying potential obstacles early and implementing effective solutions.
Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools and support to complete tasks efficiently.
Coordinate project tasks and delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members, while providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality work.
Facilitate meetings such as project kick-offs, stand-ups, and post-project retrospectives to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and resolve any issues or defects.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in reports, timelines, and deliverables.
Engage in continuous improvement activities, offering suggestions to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance communication.
Stay updated with industry trends, project management tools, and methodologies to implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and foster an inclusive and diverse team environment.
