Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) independently performs the more difficult, complex, and technical analytical work; provides consultation as indicated by verbal and written guidelines relating to all aspects of the Non-Information Technology (Non-IT) and Information Technology (IT) Procurement Contracts for goods and services and Office of State Publishing (OSP) requests.As a member of the Business Services Office, the AGPA contributes and participates in positive team-building efforts and customer relations through quality service. The AGPA uses resources effectively to meet and exceed customer service expectations and delivers services that are innovative and sensitive to customer needs. Working in a team environment, the AGPA responds dynamically to service responsibilities and works cooperatively with staff in providing coverage in the absence of other team members.
