Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Grinder with experience operating and maintaining CNC machines. This individual will play a critical role in precision machining and advanced manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CNC operations, machining, and quality control. Occasional travel may be required, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to projects beyond the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines and other related equipment.
• Interpret and apply technical blueprints, schematics, and measurements to meet specifications.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Adhere to strict quality standards, conducting inspections to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining and operation.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, precision measurement tools, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with advanced machining techniques and grinding processes.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:
• Experience in lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for projects or training.
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
• Forklift certification or familiarity with material handling equipment.
