The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of various events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Responsibilities:
Greet and direct guests, providing information and assistance as needed.
Ensure the event area is clean, organized, and safe throughout the event.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
Help manage event timelines, ensuring all activities run according to schedule.
Assist with registration, check-in, and other guest services.
Monitor inventory and supplies, replenishing as necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items as needed.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
