Property Meld's vision is to radically improve how the property management industry handles property maintenance by offering intelligent maintenance solutions. If you've ever had a maintenance issue at your housing rental, you know how much of a pain it can be to get it fixed quickly and reliably. It doesn't have to be this way.

As we redefine property maintenance operations, we're in search of a dynamic Customer Success Manager who embodies high EQ/IQ, critical thinking abilities, data analysis skills, value-based sales methodologies, top-tier communication skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. This is an in-office role at Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota.

A Customer Success Manager's Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Customer Commitment:  
    • Quickly establishes trust and credibility, enabling customers to confidently engage and take action. With a consultative selling approach, you provide clear, actionable insights that empower customers to make informed decisions swiftly and effectively.
  • Guiding Customer Progress:  
    • Encourages customers to move forward, even when they encounter uncertainty. Your negotiation skills help them see the benefits of their next steps, fostering commitment in a way that feels supportive and motivating. 
  • Navigating Complex Conversations:  
    • Approaches challenging discussions with resilience and a growth mindset, viewing each interaction as an opportunity to strengthen the relationship. You bring a calm, solution-focused approach that reassures customers and keeps the partnership on track.
  • ‍ Mastering Customer Systems:  
    • Quickly adapts to diverse customer systems and processes, leveraging this adaptability to offer seamless support. Your ability to learn new workflows makes you a valuable resource, helping customers get the most out of their unique configurations.

Requirements:

  • ✔ 4+ years in relevant roles
  • ✔ BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • ✔ Demonstrable grit, humility, ambition, and intellectual curiosity
  • ✔ Ability to work in-office at Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota

What We Offer:

  • The starting salary for this position is on-target earnings of $75,000-$107,000 annually with a combination of base + bonus structure.
