Job Description

GR Skate and Event Center is looking for for a high energy kid loving leader with a love and passion for children, to lead and bring to life our brand new After School Club. Several aspects of this program are built and ready for implementation! We are looking for someone to finalize the details, organize, market, and hire. Are you someone who is organized, and detail oriented to put the wheels in motion. You will be responsible for marketing the program, securing sign-ups, staffing it, and running it.

Our After School program will be FUN, entertaining and engaging. It will be about helping kids with school work, providing good nutritious snacks and drinks, providing arts and crafts, incorporating fun games, plus plenty of roller skating. Your personality needs to be enthusiastic, fun, creative, motivating, and passionate as you serve and lead young people to the most memorable experience of their lives.

Your NUMBER 1 goal is to create a magical "BE OUR GUEST" Disney like experience for all guests every time they arrive on site. You will be given the opportunity of a lifetime to lead and oversee this brand new state of the art program being offered.

  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize
